Mind, Body, Ballet conference returns in August
Queensland Ballet’s Community Engagement team are once again proud to host the popular Mind, Body, Ballet event on Saturday 7 August 2021. Now in its fifth year, this flagship health and wellbeing experience has been expanded in 2021 to a broader group of dancers, including an already sold-out Seniors group, and Ballet Boys group.
Mind, Body, Ballet inspires dancers ages 10 and up, as well as parents / guardians, and dance studio professionals. All skill levels are invited to attend and learn through a variety of activities including interactive workshops, ballet and pilates classes, and information sessions with Queensland Ballet’s Performance Health, Academy, and Artistic teams, as well as industry affiliates.
Content for each group is tailored to ensure a more personalised experience during the day.
Group 1: Dancers aged 10 – 12 (LIMITED PLACES) $65
Group 2: Dancers aged 10 – 17 $65
Group 3: Male dancers aged 10 – 17 $65
Group 4: Adults including parents / guardians, and dance studio professionals $20
