Kayla Van Den Bogert

Introducing Kayla

Kayla was born in Lismore, New South Wales. She began dancing at the age of 3 at Karen Ireland Dance Centre, where she trained until 2018. 

In 2019 she joined the pre professional program at Queensland Ballet Academy and was a Young Artist in 2020 and 2021 within the company. She is now a company artist.

Did you know… 

Kayla’s love of dance started when her dance school would perform end of year concerts and eisteddfods. The nutcracker was the first ballet she ever saw, and she would watch the older ballerinas and wish to be like them when she grew up.
